Animal Party
https://www.carolinadeluca.com/illustration
This one started as a couch scribble on a rainy afternoon... But one crazy eye led to a crazy animal who led to another crazy animal and I was having so much fun drawing it that later I had to color it to keep the fun going. Like if I was invited!
Have fun!

Chalet Armion
https://www.carolinadeluca.com/chaletsofthejura
First chalet from today's long run with a friend, the Chalet Armion at 1197m in Lélex. The funny thing about this chalet is that as many of the locals, I have passed by many many times while skiing, but never really saw more than the roof of it, covered in snow, the chalet itself hidden in a hole made of layers and layers of cumulated snow. It was a surprise to see how charming it is surrounded by autumn colors!

Handing over Narderans
This was a special moment! On Thursday I went up to Narderans to hand over my illustration of the chalet de Narderans to the people who takes care of the chalet, Les Amis de Narderans. I had met them before, one of the days in which I tried to capture it but failed because light was not good. To that attempt, there followed an exchange of pictures, a couple of more trials on my side to go there with the proper light, then summer vacations, until I managed to finish the drawing. I am happy to have met them yesterday again and that my drawing is in such good hands, though as you may imagine, I will have to draw it again to have the full chalet collection! :)
Below a couple of pictures with the président of the association, Maurice Delachat.
